Al Miladi Global Manpower Services is hiring Waitresses for deployment in hospitality establishments in Oman. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the same field (Waitress / Food & Beverage service) is required.
• Willingness to work in Oman.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Medically fit and physically able to perform assigned duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks according to service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
• Handle customer concerns politely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards at all times.
