Motibhai & Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to join its Information Technology team in the Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and supporting business-critical applications and network environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT operations and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SAP, and Oracle environments.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services and DevOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies, including HP networking equipment, Fortinet, and SonicWall solutions.
• Knowledge of or certifications in CCNA, MCSE, VMware, and AWS are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in the Fiji Islands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Administer and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and support Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware environments, and related systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT operations to ensure maximum system availability and performance.
• Support and maintain ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle applications.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, firewalls, and security systems.
• Assist in implementing and managing AWS cloud services and cloud-based solutions.
• Support DevOps tools and processes, including GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Ansible.
• Implement security policies, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and system updates.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior IT support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
