ASSISTANT PASTRY/BAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• At least High School Graduate
• Bread and Pastry Production NC II or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient measurement
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing baked goods and pastries according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for baking processes.
• Decorate and present baked products in an attractive and consistent manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Support senior bakers during production and peak baking hours.
• Help in organizing bakery supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of baking ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in daily bakery operations as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required by supervisors.
