QC INSPECTOR (NACE II Certified)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in coating inspection, quality control, or related industrial field.
- Must be NACE Level II Certified.
- BGAS Level 1, Frosio, ICorr Level 2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards is a plus.
- Saudi Aramco SAP # and CBT Approval in Coating is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection procedures, testing methods, and quality assurance standards.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- With valid driving license from country of origin is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and check procedures that define production and quality requirements for each project or job.
- Ensure strict compliance with company quality and safety procedures throughout operations.
- Monitor and ensure proper inspection and testing during coating processes.
- Review overall coating inspections and verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) to the Quality Supervisor.
- Operate, maintain, monitor, and control inspection machines and testing equipment.
- Ensure safety implementation and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and technical documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams regarding inspection findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance and continuous improvement in coating operations.
