Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Investigation Coordinator to support the company’s investigation processes and case management activities. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating investigations, maintaining documentation, and supporting investigators in ensuring accurate and confidential handling of cases.

Business Investigation Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Diploma Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in investigations, internal audit, compliance, or related field
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Proficient in report preparation and administrative coordination
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of business investigations, including case intake, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate and complete case files, including allegations, evidence, interview notes, and supporting documents
• Support senior investigators in gathering digital and physical evidence in compliance with chain-of-custody protocols
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with witnesses, subjects, and stakeholders, including logistics and required documentation
• Draft standard investigation reports, case summaries, and management updates under the supervision of senior investigators
• Track investigation timelines, milestones, and case status while identifying delays or risks for escalation
• Maintain and update the case management system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and restricted access
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, IT, and operational departments to gather information relevant to investigations
