TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (Working Drawings)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience
- Strong experience in preparing working drawings and construction documents
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Strong knowledge of:
- IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings
- Architectural detailing and documentation standards
- Ability to produce:
- Detailed working drawings
- Tender documentation sets
- Construction documents
- Skilled in developing technical details, building sections, and architectural components
- Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination with site teams
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- No minimum educational attainment required (experience-based qualification accepted)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop complete construction drawings and documentation sets
- Create, revise, and update detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce IFC drawings for construction execution
- Develop accurate architectural details and building sections
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams
- Assist contractors and site teams by providing clear technical guidance
- Review drawings for errors, inconsistencies, and constructability issues
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
