CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site resources
  • Consult with architects, engineers, technical staff, and trades personnel
  • Negotiate with clients, property developers, and subcontractors
  • Prepare tenders, contract bids, and project cost estimates
  • Implement and manage work schedules and on-site operations
  • Ensure compliance with building legislation, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Arrange submission of plans and permits to local authorities
  • Oversee subcontractors’ work progress and performance
  • Coordinate building inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
