Fire Alarm Installer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years overseas experience as a Fire Alarm Installer (specialist preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable systems)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical plans
  • Experience in installation, testing, and fault-finding
  • Good English communication skills
  • Relevant certifications or training in fire alarm systems is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to work on-site
  • 45 years old and below
  • Applicants must be currently residing in the Philippines during the application process

Responsibilities:

  • Install fire alarm systems including wiring, detectors, control panels, and notification devices
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and layout drawings
  • Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
  • Ensure all installations comply with New Zealand safety standards and regulations
  • Perform system inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records

  • Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
  • OFW Information Sheets.
