BLASTER/PAINTER

Qualifications:

  • Must be certified and qualified personnel
  • NACE No. 13 / SSPC-ACSS-1 Standard certification required
  • Proven experience in industrial blasting and painting
  • Knowledge of different coating systems and surface preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
  • Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial projects is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Willingness to work on-site in Equatorial Guinea
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards

Responsibilities:

  • Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation activities
  • Apply industrial coatings and paints according to specifications
  • Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment
  • Ensure proper mixing, handling, and application of coating materials
  • Inspect surfaces before and after application to ensure quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
