COATING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Must hold one of the following certifications:
    • NACE Level 2 Painting Inspection Certification
    • BGAS Level 2 Painting Inspection Certification
  • Proven experience in industrial coating and painting supervision
  • Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in oil & gas or industrial projects is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Equatorial Guinea
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage coating and painting activities on-site
  • Ensure proper surface preparation, application, and curing processes
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct inspections and maintain detailed reports of coating works
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
  • Enforce safety procedures and best practices at all times
  • Troubleshoot coating issues and recommend corrective actions
