We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Class Diesel Mechanic with strong expertise in truck, plant, and heavy equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will be capable of performing a full range of chassis repairs—from minor fixes to major rebuilds—as well as comprehensive servicing. Experience in hydraulic systems and air brake systems (including ABS/EBS) is highly desirable. 

Diesel Motor Mechanic

Qualifications:

  • Experience with engine overhauling and testing
  • Previous employment with Monarch (Philippines) or Zahid Tractor (Saudi Arabia) is an advantage
  • Background in heavy equipment (HE) and agricultural machinery
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Graduate of a four-year undergraduate course (Mechanical or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic for trucks, heavy equipment, or agricultural machinery
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor to major chassis repairs, rebuilds, and routine servicing
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in trucks, heavy equipment, and agricultural machinery
  • Conduct engine overhauls, testing, and performance checks
  • Service and repair hydraulic systems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot air brake systems, including ABS and EBS
  • Ensure all work is completed to safety and quality standards
