Grill Man
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Grill Man or in a similar cooking role
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables according to standard recipes
- Ensure proper seasoning, cooking temperature, and presentation of grilled items
- Monitor grill equipment and maintain cleanliness and proper functioning
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: SAR 1,700 – 2,500 + SAR 300 Food Allowance
