Qualifications:
- Experience in cold kitchen or similar culinary role is an advantage
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and cold platters
- Assist chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen team in maintaining efficient workflow
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: SAR 1,700 – 2,500 + SAR 300 Food Allowance
