Inventory Officer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, track, and reconcile inventory stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Prepare and dispatch items according to operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the inventory database.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries and stock issues.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items.
