Electrician – Medium/Low Voltage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrician specializing in medium and low voltage systems.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in various building environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification or license in electrical work is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules if required.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain medium and low voltage electrical systems, including panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution boards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted operation of building systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to avoid downtime and hazards.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and plans for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.
- Coordinate with the facilities management team for electrical projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
