BMS Operator

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a BMS Operator or in building facilities management.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems, HVAC systems, and building automation.
• Ability to monitor and interpret system alarms, reports, and control panels.
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shift schedules if required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure proper functioning of building equipment and systems.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, lighting, and other automated building systems through the BMS platform.
• Identify and report system faults, alarms, and abnormalities for immediate corrective action.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of system operations and incidents.
• Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and within safety parameters.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times.
