QA TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing is a plus
• Basic understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
• Good communication skills and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular in-process inspections and tests on PCBA products to verify quality and
  compliance with specifications.
•  Assist in performing FAIs and submit results to the Senior Technician or Quality Engineer for
  review.
• Identify and report any quality issues or defects found during inspections.
• Accurately document inspection results and quality issues.
• Assist the Technician and Quality Engineer in resolving quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing
  process.
• Help maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and performance of internal audits.
