German Saudi Industrial Company (GESICO) is seeking a highly experienced Control Room Operator to monitor and manage complex industrial processes within its production facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee continuous operations such as chemical processing and related plant activities from the central control room, ensuring efficient performance and strict adherence to safety standards.
DCS Operator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or DAE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a petrochemical, fertilizer, or chemical plant.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and plant operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-responsibility control room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control complex, continuous industrial operations from the central control room.
- Operate and supervise control systems related to chemical processing, petrochemical, or fertilizer production.
- Analyze system readings, alarms, and process data to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Respond quickly to system abnormalities and coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain operational logs and prepare reports on plant performance.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 4,500 SAR (approximately PHP 71,353)
