Hong Ye Construction is seeking experienced Steelman (Rebar Worker) to join its construction team in Saipan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, installing, and securing reinforcing steel bars (rebar) used in concrete structures to ensure strength and stability of buildings and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Steelman / Rebar Worker in construction projects.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, bend, and install reinforcing steel bars (rebar) according to construction plans and specifications.
• Assemble and position steel bars, mesh, and reinforcement materials for concrete structures.
• Tie rebar using wire and appropriate tools to secure them in place before concrete pouring.
• Read and interpret structural drawings and rebar schedules.
• Assist in setting up formworks and reinforcement for columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and fastening of steel reinforcements.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
