Motor & Cycle Pal Co., Ltd is seeking experienced Motorbike Mechanics to join their team in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and scooters to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires strong technical knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and general mechanical servicing.
Motorbike Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motorcycle/Motorbike Mechanic.
- Experience working with companies or brands such as Honda, Yamaha, or Suzuki is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines and electrical systems.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and scooters, including engine overhauls and tune-ups.
- Experience servicing Honda and Suzuki motorcycle brands is an advantage.
- Vocational or technical training in automotive or motorcycle mechanics is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn Nihongo (Japanese language).
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles and scooters.
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on various motorcycle models.
- Conduct engine tune-ups, overhauls, and component replacements when necessary.
- Inspect motorcycles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair engine, electrical, and fuel system problems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards while performing repairs.
