Finishing Operator (Book Production)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating the Müller Martini – Primera, Müller Martini – ACORO or Müller Martini Diamant, Kolbus binding machines
• Skilled in setting up, adjusting, operating, maintaining, and monitoring the machine according to production schedules.
• Experience with perfect binding V1 (softcore); Perfect binding V2 (paperback); Hotmelt and PUR gluing; Perfect binding V8 (hardcover)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Müller Martini – Primera, Müller Martini – ACORO or Müller Martini Diamant, Kolbus binding machines.
• Adjust and maintain machine settings to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Use measuring tools to verify accuracy and consistency of production output.
