Screed / Floor Leveling Worker

Qualifications:

• Preferably male applicants.
• 35 to 45 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in screeding or floor leveling.
• Skilled in applying screed materials to level floors before final flooring installation.
• Ability to ensure proper thickness, smoothness, and curing of floor surfaces.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare floor surfaces before applying screed materials.
• Mix and apply screed or leveling compounds to create smooth and even floors.
• Ensure proper thickness, leveling, and smooth finishing of floor surfaces.
• Check levels and alignment using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper curing and drying of screed materials before final flooring installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow construction safety procedures and project standards.
