Joe & The Juice is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee store operations and lead a high-performing team in Oman. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in line with Joe & The Juice’s standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in store management, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
• Strong communication skills (English and Arabic).
• Valid passport required for employment in Oman.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive team success.
• Ready to work abroad and embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and handle replenishment.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive store sales.
• Ensure high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.
