Our client CAS Recruitment UK Limited is looking for:

General Builder

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years proven working experience as a Bricklayer or General Builder with strong masonry skills.
• Must have a strong expertise in bricklaying and have a solid background in general construction.
• Must have TESDA NCII or NCIII Certificate in Masonry.
• Must be competent in laying bricks and stone to a high standard for walls, extensions, foundations, retaining structures and other masonry features.
• Must be competent in the reading and interpreting drawings, plans and other specifications to set out brickwork accurately.
• Must be keen mixing mortar, preparing materials and ensure consistent quality and finish.
• Must be competent in the repair and repoint of existing brickwork as required.
• Must be competent constructing lintels, arches, chimneys and decorative brick features.
• Must have a good understanding of building regulations and site safety.
• Must be competent in general construction tasks other than bricklaying,
• Must be knowledgeable in operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must have UKVI IELTS* with a 5.5 score per category
• With excellent English communication skills
• With newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at £2,783.33 gross monthly
• Thirty-Seven & a Half (37.5) Hours per week
• Three (3) years contract, renewable
