Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring smooth front desk and reservation operations. 

RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as Receptionist or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist patrons upon arrival
• Manage seating capacity and reservation system efficiently
• Seat guests based on real-time seating charts and pacing
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain organized front desk operations
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
• Handle concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
