Food and Beverage Preparation (Food Service)

Qualifications:

• At least JLPT N4 passer or JFT passer
• Must have passed the required Skills Test for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)
• Experience in food and restaurant service is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and hygiene standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food and beverage preparation according to company standards
• Prepare ingredients and support cooking staff as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Follow Japanese food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support serving meals and assisting customers when required
• Maintain proper food storage and inventory practices
• Adhere to workplace policies and safety procedures
