E & I SUPERVISOR (LOOP TEST SUPERVISOR)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in instrumentation, loop checking, and commissioning
• At least a high school graduate
• Strong experience in loop testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Proven leadership experience in supervising and mentoring technicians
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and redline drawings
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and train junior technicians in loop testing and commissioning activities
• Delegate daily tasks effectively and troubleshoot complex loop issues
• Review, manage, and sign off loop test packages, including calibration reports, cable schedules, and redline drawings
• Ensure all loop documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project specifications
• Coordinate with client representatives, engineering teams, and construction teams
• Resolve punch-list items efficiently to support smooth project turnover
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures
• Support final system acceptance and handover documentation
