Construction Helper (Scaffolder Helper)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical plant projects
- With valid TESDA NC II Certificate (Scaffolding or related trade)
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual tasks
- Knowledgeable in scaffolding materials and basic construction safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced scaffolders in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of temporary platforms and structures
- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials (pipes, boards, couplers) to and from the erection area
- Prepare and organize materials and tools required for scaffolding work
- Ensure proper handling and storage of scaffolding components
- Follow safety procedures and comply with site regulations at all times
- Support the scaffolding team in completing assigned tasks efficiently and safely
