STOCK CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years working experience as a Stock Controller or in a related role
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera) is highly valued
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing to work in Angola and comply with company policies

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control and stock monitoring for electrical, mechanical, and construction materials
• Perform ordering and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
• Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting of inventory transactions
• Use ERP systems and spreadsheets to track stock movement and generate reports
• Ensure proper organization and storage of materials in warehouses and stock rooms
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams
• Analyze inventory data to support planning and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls
