Visual Merchandiser and Design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, showroom design, or retail display.
• Strong creative and design skills with a good sense of aesthetics and space planning.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies for showrooms, displays, and promotional areas.
• Design and set up showroom layouts, product arrangements, and display themes.
• Create mood boards, signage, and visual concepts for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all visual displays.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align merchandising with business goals.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely setup of displays and showrooms.
• Monitor and update visual displays regularly to keep them fresh and relevant.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on visual merchandising trends.
• Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and catalogs.
