Kitchen Designer
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in kitchen design or interior design (preferably in furniture or cabinetry)
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools).
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and space planning skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop kitchen layout plans, space planning, and workflow optimization.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and 3D renderings using CAD software.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and accessories.
- Create accurate take-offs and cost estimates for kitchen projects.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and site constraints.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a design portfolio and update project documentation.
