Primary Music Teacher

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
  • Must hold a valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license.
  • Strong musical skills and ability to work with young learners.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver music lessons suitable for primary school students.
  • Teach basic music concepts such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and notation.
  • Introduce students to singing, movement, and simple musical instruments.
  • Prepare students for performances, recitals, and school events.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the safe use and proper care of musical instruments and equipment.
  • Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
