Amin Construction Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our construction team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will perform welding tasks for structural and fabrication works while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship. 

Welder

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Welder in construction or fabrication projects
  • Skilled in various welding techniques and procedures
  • Ability to read welding drawings and technical specifications
  • Good knowledge of welding safety practices
  • Physically fit and able to work in construction site conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks using appropriate methods (MIG, TIG, SMAW, etc.)
  • Weld steel structures, frames, pipes, and metal components
  • Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and grinding before welding
  • Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and use protective gear at all times
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers
