Groupe Salyas / Byblos Hotel is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Head Waiter to lead the restaurant service team. The Head Waiter will ensure high standards of service, manage staff performance, and deliver an excellent dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Hospitality or service training is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate wait staff during restaurant service
• Assign tables and manage seating arrangements
• Ensure efficient and smooth service in the dining area
• Train and mentor junior waiters on service standards and procedures
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle guest requests professionally
• Oversee order taking, food delivery, and table clearing
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage reservations and special guest requests
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues
• Maintain service standards and follow hotel policies
