Groupe Salyas / Byblos Hotel is seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage a team of housekeeping staff and maintain efficient and effective housekeeping operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints professionally
• Knowledge of inventory and budget control
• Experience with hotel PMS or housekeeping management systems is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team (room attendants, cleaners, laundry staff)
• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assignments
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to hotel standards
• Monitor quality of cleaning and perform regular inspections
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on procedures and standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping
• Prepare reports on department performance and staffing needs
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance departments
• Control labor costs and maintain departmental budget
