Mary’s Tindahang Pinoy Sp. z o.o. is looking for friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to provide excellent dining service in a busy restaurant environment. The role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Restaurant Server

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a restaurant server or in customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and polite attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide menu guidance
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Assist in preparing dining area for service
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions (if required)
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
