Mary’s Tindahang Pinoy Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Cook to manage and lead the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, particularly in Filipino cuisine, and the ability to oversee food preparation, maintain quality standards, and manage kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Cook, Head Cook, or similar role
• Strong cooking skills, preferably in Filipino cuisine
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to manage a small kitchen team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily menus according to company standards
• Cook and oversee the preparation of Filipino and other cuisines
• Ensure high-quality taste, presentation, and consistency of dishes
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for ingredients
• Ensure timely food service and efficient kitchen workflow
• Train new kitchen staff and supervise performance
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
