Graff-Tech Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Iron Worker / Locksmith to fabricate, install, and repair metal structures, fittings, and locking mechanisms. The role involves working with steel and other metals in workshop and site environments, following technical drawings and safety standards. 

Iron Worker/Locksmith

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Iron Worker, Locksmith, or similar role
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication and installation techniques
  • Experience with steel structures and metal fittings
  • Basic welding skills (advantage)
  • Good manual skills and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness for manual and site-based work
  • Willingness to work at heights or on construction sites (if required)
  • Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures such as gates, railings, frames, stairs, and supports
  • Install and repair metal components and locking systems
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Cut, drill, grind, bend, and shape metal materials
  • Perform fitting and basic welding where required
  • Install hinges, locks, handles, and security fittings
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished work
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
  • Carry out on-site installation and adjustment works
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
