Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Technical education or vocational training (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
  • Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance procedures
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work shifts or on-call if required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic hydraulic/pneumatic issues
  • Repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and facilities
  • Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
  • Cooperate with production and engineering teams
