Graff-Tech Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work in accordance with technical drawings, safety standards, and company procedures. 

WELDER

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder or in a similar role
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards
• Welding certifications (preferred, but not always required)
• Good manual skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform welding tasks
• Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations using appropriate methods (e.g., MIG, TIG, MMA/ARC – depending on project needs)
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting components
• Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and dimensional standards
• Inspect finished welds and correct any defects
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
