HOTEL SERVICE STAFF/ROOM ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

  • Experience from 4 or 5 stars hotel as room attendant
  • Good physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30lbs).

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and arrange 8-10 guest rooms per day to the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and presentation, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as corridors, lobbies, and lounge areas, ensuring these spaces are presentable at all times.
  • Handle laundry duties for linens, towels, and guest clothing as required.
