Alazzam Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Bahrain. The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and staff supervision.

Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years related work experience
- Valid passport holder
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff and work schedules
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Help train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in handling customer concerns and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
