Room Attendant

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Staff is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
  • Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures thoroughly
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly
  • Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned corridors and service areas
  • Respect guest privacy and respond to guest requests courteously
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
