Mixologist

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mocktails, and presentation
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Create and recommend signature drinks and mocktails as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or beverage preparation area
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, tools, and equipment
  • Provide friendly, professional service and interact positively with guests
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
  • Comply with company policies and service procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
