Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in hotels or large facilities
  • Experience in a supervisory or assistant housekeeping role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and safety practices
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure assigned duties are properly completed
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and service areas
  • Ensure housekeeping standards meet company and hospitality requirements
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest or client requests and concerns professionally
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required
