Painting Inspector

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Age: 25 – 45 years old
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience as a Painting Inspector
• Experience in oil & gas or large-scale industrial projects is preferred
• Knowledge of coating systems, inspection tools, and international standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC, ISO) is an advantage
• Good reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Inspect surface preparation, painting, and coating works in accordance with approved procedures and specifications
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, project, and international coating standards
• Verify paint materials, coating systems, and application methods
• Monitor environmental conditions during painting activities (temperature, humidity, dew point)
• Conduct and document inspections such as DFT, adhesion, and visual checks
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and subcontractor teams
• Maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation
• Ensure painting activities comply with safety and environmental requirements
