RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Must have a experience of research & development in Hotel and Restaurant Management

Responsibilities:

• A Restaurant Supervisor manages daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and profitability by overseeing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), maintaining food quality/safety
• Managing inventory, and enforcing operational standards for a great guest experience.
• Key duties involve leading the team, ensuring compliance with health codes, ordering supplies,
• Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff
