Standardization Instructor Pilot

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Pilot License
  • Certified Flight Instructor
  • Extensive flight experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations

Responsibilities:

  • To identify the training needs and maintain high level and standards of training for PSS/GSAC Pilots on H145 Helicopters.
  • To perform duty as ground & flight instructor to train according PSS/GSAC publications syllabus basic and advance courses (e.g. Conversion course – NVG – Hoist – Tactical etc.) on H145 Helicopters.
  • To support PSS/GSAC and perform FCF flight on H145 Helicopters.
  • To support PSS/GSAC by writing training plan according PSS/GSAC need.
  • To update regulation according PSS/GSAC requirements.
  • To advise the PSS/GSAC Commanders by aircrew training requirement on H145 Helicopters.
  • To develop & write training material, publications, syllabus and exams for H145 Helicopters and to perform review & correction of these publications upon requirement.
  • To update and follow up the training files for aircrew deployed for H145 Helicopters.
