TEAM MEMBER TRAINER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a similar role
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or team leadership is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Pret shop team to ensure all new Team Members are trained to the required Pret standards
• Champion and uphold Pret standards, values, and behaviors, acting as a role model for the team
• Provide ongoing coaching and on-the-job training to team members to support continuous improvement
• When Team Members (TM–TM*) are in training, be primarily kitchen-based, delivering consistent, high-quality training and coaching
• Coordinate and align shop training activities with the Team Member Star Trainer when required
• Monitor training progress and ensure training objectives are met within set timelines
• Support daily shop operations and carry out TM Star duties as required by business needs
• Encourage teamwork, engagement, and a positive learning environment within the shop
