CHEF DE PARTIE (BAKERY)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven background as a baker in a professional setting like hotels or high end bakeries
• Culinary diploma, degree, or relevant certification is often preferred. Mastery of baking techniques, ingredients, ovens and equipment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, organization, time management and strong communication.
• Through knowledge of health, sanitation, and food safety regulations like HACCP/Selfsafe
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and handle physical demands
• Please note that the salary package is very negotiable and attractive

Responsibilities:

• Baker requires strong, creativity, and technical baking skills, with typical requirements including extensive experience
• Culinary degree/certification, deep knowledge of techniques and ingredients , plus expertise in food safety, inventory management, menu development, and staff supervision, often working early mornings in a fast paced, high quality environment
• Oversee all baking , ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of breads . croissants
  train, schedule, motivate, and manage baking staff. Develop new recipes, create special event items , and manage inventory/ ordering of supplies
